 * $25.00 minimum per endorsement is to be charged for a one-to-four unit residential property, with a maximum of $100.00 per endorsement. On all other properties (e.g. commercial), the minimum charge for the endorsement shall be $100.00.

Master Endorsement – no charge for the master endorsement form; however, charge the appropriate premium for each endorsement that is checked.

Florida Endorsement Forms 9, 9.1 and 9.2, and the Navigational Servitude Endorsement – A minimum of 10% of the total of the underlying owner’s and loan policy premiums. If there are two loans being issued simultaneously with the owner’s policy, charge a minimum of 10% of the owner’s and second loan premium, not just a minimum of 10% of the second loan premium and not a minimum of 10% of the total premium for all three policies.
